L’unità immobiliare è stata per anni disabitata, questa situazione di abbandono ha portato al degrado degli impianti. L’intervento ha previsto la ridistribuzione interna degli ambienti, la creazione di due servizi igienici e il totale rifacimento dell’impianto idraulico ed elettrico. Lo studio degli spazi interni ha, inoltre, tenuto conto delle esigenze del proprietario di adattare parte dei mobili già di sua proprietà. Il risultato ottenuto è uno stile classico un po’ vintage.

Full apartment restructuration in an old Villa in Seveso (MB, Italy).
The property has been uninhabited for several years, this situation has led to an obvious degradation of the plant. The project aimed to internal redistribution of spaces, creation of two bathrooms and new electric and plumber systems. The internal space design has also addressed the owner needs to adapt part of the furnitures already owned by him. The result is a classic style a bit vintage.
